[ FAQ ]
----------------------------------------
A STATION WON'T PLAY
Stations are run by third parties and some go offline or move. Try another station nearby; the app hides ones that fail. Switching between Wi-Fi and cellular can also help.
HOW DO I UNLOCK M4X
Open the menu and tap M4X. It is a one-time purchase, not a subscription.
"PURCHASE DID NOT COMPLETE"
Check you are signed in to the App Store, that Screen Time does not restrict purchases, and that you have a connection. Then try again.
RESTORE MY M4X PURCHASE
Open the M4X screen and tap Restore purchase. Sign in with the same Apple Account you bought it with.
SYNC FAVORITES BETWEEN DEVICES
Use Sign in with Apple in the menu. Favorites and history then sync through your iCloud account. Make sure iCloud is on for the app in Settings.
THE WIDGET SHOWS A LOCK
The favorites widget is part of M4X. Unlock M4X, open the app once, then re-add the widget.
SLEEP TIMER, LOCK SCREEN, SIRI
Tap the sleep button to cycle 15 / 30 / 60 minutes / off. Playback controls appear on the lock screen and Dynamic Island. Siri and Shortcuts can play a station, play a random favorite, or pause.
DOES IT WORK ON IPHONE DUO
Yes, it is built to fit both the folded and unfolded screens. If anything looks off, tell us your layout and we will fix it.
DELETE MY DATA
We do not hold any of it. Everything lives on your device; deleting the app removes it. See /privacy/
